”I stayed here for five nights and it was amazing. I even had a balcony with a view! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location with convenient stores nearby and walking distance to all the things I wanted to see. Plus the bed was so comfy I wish I could have taken it back home with me. If I'm ever in Mongolia again, I'm 100% staying here and I recommended this place as well.”
”The staff was very nice and accommodating but a few need more English proficiency considering your worldwide international clientele. Our room was clean but could use a chest of drawers and more amenities (bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream and a rubber shower mat), breakfast was excellent, dinner just OK, and we felt safe in the hotel. I liked being out of the traffic and chaos of Ulaanbaatar Square which was about 20 minutes away during rush hour - a cheap cab ride. ”

”Nice hotel with all facilities and shopping in the same building. Very convenient. I was there for 4 nights and was very satisfied. The room was spacious and airy on the 13th floor. Large nice bathroom and kettle with coffee and tea as well as bottled water available in the room. The bed was a bit hard I thought. I would love to return. Very helpful people at the front desk. ”
”If you look hotel outside, it looks nice and gives a feeling of 5-start hotel, still while you see 5 starts over the outdoor. After get in you notice it not looks like that.
Room was booked non-smoking executive. First room was really smelly, it smelled like there would have been smoked sometimes before and smell of smoke is stucking in carpet etc. Next day they found other room, that was better, not same smell. Anyway room size should be 44 m2, but I checked it and it something around 35 m2...
”Overall affordable stay near city center - a 25min walk to Black Market and other points of interest. The staff speak VERY LIMITED English so communication was not the easiest. The facilities are a bit worn - on the first night there was a leak from my ceiling AC and bits of the ceiling fell. The hotel gave me a new room right away, but the new room had missing amenities like towels and soap and the running water was yellow (likely due to pipe rusting). The door was also not fully functional and...
”This is a very nice property and value. It's new, so eventually they will probably charge more. But it was super clean, very spacious, quiet, everything you could ask for. The attendant was very knowledgeable about mongolia and was very entertaining to talk to.”
