The sound of the Pacific finds you before your alarm does - waves rolling in just beyond the glass, light shifting across the water as the morning settles in. This beachfront home on Dana Point`s Beach Road sits directly along the shoreline, with the ocean as your front yard and the unhurried rhythm of coastal California as your backdrop for the stay.


Living space
The lower unit of a duplex, this single-level home opens into a bright great room anchored by expansive ocean views. Comfortable seating and a TV give you a place to decompress after time on the water, and the open layout flows naturally toward the outdoor deck - so the line between inside and outside stays pleasantly blurred. Whether you`re settling in for a film or watching the afternoon light change across the surface of the sea, the atmosphere stays easy and unhurried.


Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king-size bed, a TV, and a private full ensuite bath. The second bedroom has one queen bed with access to a shared full bath. The third bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed - one full and one single - also with access to the shared full bath. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are all provided.


Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a complete set of cookware and dishes. A dining table gives everyone a place to gather inside, while the BBQ grill and outdoor furniture on the deck make al fresco meals a natural choice with the ocean right there in front of you.


Outdoor living
The furnished private patio opens the stay up to everything the beachfront setting offers. Pull up a chair, start the grill, or simply sit with the sea air and the sound of the surf. Beach essentials - including towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are available for time spent on the sand. The waterfront location puts walking, watching marine life, and exploring the shoreline right at your door.


Bathroom
Two full bathrooms serve the home - one ensuite off the primary bedroom, one shared between the remaining two rooms. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and hot water. A bathtub is also available.


Amenities & practical details
Staying connected is straightforward with Wifi and an Ethernet connection, plus a dedicated workspace if you need to get something done. A washer and dryer are on hand for longer stays, and the home includes iron, hangers, and clothing storage. Heating, a ceiling fan, and portable fans keep things comfortable. A Pack `n play/travel crib is available for families traveling with a young child. Note: air conditioning is not available at this property.


Safety
The home includes a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras positioned outward around the property - one facing Beach Road/PCH, one toward each walkway, and one facing out toward the ocean.


Neighborhood & location
Set within a gated beachfront community on Beach Road, the home sits between Dana Point and San Clemente, with Laguna Beach and Newport Beach reachable by car. The area draws surfers, paddleboarders, cyclists, and boaters - and the coastline itself offers plenty of reason to stay close. A private entrance and two free driveway parking spaces are included.

One security camera faces the driveway, and another faces the ocean to monitor high tide.
Beachfront properties are exposed to salt air and sand daily. Please ensure you are comfortable with these conditions before booking. We cannot guarantee the condition of the sand or the access point.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
No smoking is allowed inside or outside. No exceptions.
No pets are allowed. The HOA enforces strict rules for renters, and violations will result in additional fees.
Parking is limited to two vehicles.
The outdoor shower is not available.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is best suited for quieter groups. The rental agreement includes a strict no-tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, or parties. Deposit forfeiture or eviction may result from violations.
Travel insurance is recommended for unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

GUEST ACCESS
Access is through the HOA security gate only. Registration is required.
Keyless entry is provided with a unique code issued before arrival.
No physical keys are required.

Check-in: 4 PM
Check-out: 11 AM
Early arrival or late departure may be available at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Checkout cleaning is included. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
Package delivery is not permitted, as mailbox access is unavailable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Note: This home is located on the water on Beach Road. There are train tracks nearby so please keep that in mind. For those light sleepers we do provide ear plugs and white noise machines.
Note: Maximum occupancy at any one time is 6 guests. The maximum number of cars registered and on-site parking is 2 vehicles.

OCCUPANCY: The max occupancy of this home is 6 guests. Day guests are not permitted and at no time can occupancy exceed 6 guests. Parking maximum is for 2 vehicles on site.

PETS: We`re pet free other then certified emotional support or service animals (Please communicate if you plan on bringing your service/emotional support friend and would appreciate documentation after booking).

TRAVEL INSURANCE- We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

PARKING- The number of vehicles registered to the home and allowed into the the gate (2) is strictly enforced. Any vehicles over the allotted amount (2) will need to park in the overflow lot adjacent to the security gate and either driven in or the guests can walk in.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, our beach communities have a zero tolerance policy, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
