After trying both restaurants, we avoided them except for simple breakfast. Ground transportation was a very expensive problem. The resort arranged taxis (nothing else) but essentially dumped the problem on guests. ”

”Coco Reef is a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous beach. They have renovated most of their rooms. The front desk staff was not the best. Very friendly but did not follow through after saying they would take care of something. The cleaning staff was fabulous and very helpful. Grocery store down the street was convenient. ”It was just me staying for a couple nights before getting on a boat. There is a bus stop 3 houses away from the property. A walking path along the ocean which was amazing.
