”The property and room were excellent. What really impressed me was the Gal at the front desk was wonderful when I asked if I could check in early as I arrived well before 3:00. She bent over backwards to accommodate me which doesn’t happen everywhere. By checking in early it allowed me to attend an event on time 40 miles away. Throw in the fact the hotel is at the end of the ramp off I-90, this is the best hotel in Herkimer!”

”Based on price this was a really great place to stay. I was looking for my husband and his friends for a boys weekend and it was perfect for their needs. We were able to afford 2 rooms and everyone got their own bed. It was a little further out from town but based on the price it was worth it. When they showed up there was no one there to greet them. ”The room had an odd smell to it; whether it was musty/mildew or from cleaning products, I'm not sure. However, it didn't cause any allergic symptoms. I kept the windows open during the day to try to freshen the air, but it didn't help much. Also, the sink drain was slow. Other than these things my friend and I were pleased and would stay there again. ”

”This is a quaint place that's nice to stay in. Lots of options for eating, shopping for necessities, and other things near by, and the canal side park at the end of the block is a nice sitting space.
