”THIS was exactly what my husband & I needed! The peace & quiet was cathartic to both of us. We LOVED the cabin & it was indeed a Fortress of Solitude in the most beautiful way! We were truly able to disconnect from our hectic jobs & responsibilities & simply BE. ”Stay was overall enjoyable, the house was generally clean, and mostly well supplied. One big concern was not having communication on how to get into the property until the night before and only after I texted, called (could not leave a message), and contacted VRBO customer service. That said, once I got the information checking in was easy. There was only one coffee pod for the Keurig. Toilet roll in the bathroom was nearly empty - and no other rolls in the bathroom. Towels, washcloths, toilet...

The ease of access right off a main road was nice too, as we did venture to explore other areas which were off the beaten path on lengthy gravel roads. The host was extremely welcoming and accessible if needed though we did not require anything. It was a great place to reset after the busy holiday...
