The guests have access to the entirety of the apartment throughout their stay.
They will also have access to the swimming pool and the gym area during their stay free of charge.

Other things to note
On Electricity.
We usually provide 100 Units of electricity for free for every check in. After the 100 units guests can purchase electricity at their own expenses.
The amount of electricity to purchase is based on the amount that you will use.
10 Dollars of electricity can give you about 50 units of electricity that can last for more than three days if you don't use much of the air conditioning.

On House Cleaning.
For longer stays we usually provide weekly cleaning services together with laundry cleaning. The exact day for cleaning in a week will be proposed by the guest.
