”There is no lobby, the hotel texts the door to your room entry code. Because of an email error, my phone number was unavailable so no code was sent. There was a handyman at the Darmont Hotel who gave me the manager's cell number. Her name was Rachel and she said she was expecting my call. She explained the email sent to her by Expedia did not contain my phone number. She was TERRIFIC! She gave me the code, the room was lovely and we had a great day and a half in Darby. Parking was right outside...

”A very nice room with our own bathroom. A good location and Darby is in a beautiful area. Nice to have a full kitchen set-up, including a full size fridge. The biggest drawback was that it was quite warm when we visited, and the window a/c had not been installed and there was no screen on the window, so it was quite warm with the west facing window and difficult to sleep.”

”March 2026: This is a newly remodeled and beautifully decorated home in the center of Darby. It provided our group with a short drive to ski at Lost Trail, followed up with a well-appointed kitchen to cook our meals. I would highly recommend this home as a great place to use for a home base while you explore Southwest Montana. ”
