”Bathroom was not clean. There was soap film on the faucet and soap dish. Shower floor did not appear clean. Fixtures were falling off the wall and built in areas were damaged.”

”The room was nice & clean. Our room was next to the elevator so it was quite loud. We also arrived around 10pm & we had to wait around 15 minutes for the front desk staff to come back.”

”So surprised to enter our spacious, lovely room only to find that our bathroom door would not move! Upon inspection, the door seemed to have soaked up a lot of water (the shower leaked) and had become waterlogged and stuck to the floor. Must have been happening for a very long time for the door to become that waterlogged!”

”Was not given the room we reserved. Booked a room for 6 and got assigned a standard room that only slept 4. Property was “over booked”. Two of us had to sleep on the floor. No reduction in price was offered either. Still had to pay for the pricier room. I’ve tried reaching out with no luck.”

”Upon checking in, I couldn't receive a room key and was let in the room personally. Later in the evening, I was provided with a room key. I found 2 live roaches while bringing in my bags. There was no coffee maker in the room. I slept well and went to the beach, 30 mins away. It served it's purpose for me.”
