”A map of Toowoomba that you can take with you would be helpful. There was a small map in folder but you couldn’t take with you while out and about. Also a small but useful would be a few toothpicks which you wouldn’t think to bring with you. I’m not complaining just suggesting. Thanks for a great stay”

”Breakfast was ordered for between 7:15am and 7:30am as we had a 5 hour drive in front of us. At 7:45 I had to check with reception as to its whereabouts and was advised that it would be only a further 5 minutes. Breakfast finally arrived at 7:55am - 40 minutes past our anticipated time which affected our on-going arrival plans at journey's end.”
