”The water was interrupted for an hour. There was no monetary compensation. Also room was not cleaned after our first night and clean towels had to be asked for. We stayed 2 nights. We expected at least some clean towels after the first night. Asked for an extra blanket that was not given.”

”We had a really comfortable stay here. The recently renovated section we were in felt fresh, modern, and well put together. It made a difference straight away.
