”Disappointing Stay The apartment was generally not clean, and both the sofa and one of the four kitchen chairs were unusable. Communication with the property was extremely difficult — even after several requests, clean towels were not provided for all guests. Customer service was very poor, and they even claimed that previous written reports about the issues didn’t exist. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is not a priority for them.”

”We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.”

”The position was excellent, a couple of streets from Harrods’ and close to 2 tube stations as well as the V & A, Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Very spacious with huge comfortable beds, balconies off the bedrooms with table and chairs and air con in the bedrooms. Absolutely great in all respects. Be awakes though that there is a quite large security deposit and they also ask for ID on arrival.”

”The best part about this flat was the people running it. We had an issue with the A/C and not knowing how to turn it on and they immediately came to try and help us. However, as for the apartment, I feel like it has potential but it was lacking quite a bit. The place is pretty rundown and everything was dirty, including the walls. What really tipped me over the edge was how the mattress was missing a mattress protector to help prevent bed bugs. The apartment could also do with some black out...
