Kayaks and paddleboards available with a short walk to the dock. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood and a large screened porch for coffee and afternoon naps. ”Very quiet area, barely ever heard the neighbors. Comfortable living room, well stocked kitchen-we cooked many meals, very comfortable beds. It was easy to make ourselves at home but not feel on top of each other. Loved that there was a fenced area out the back door for our dog Max, who also enjoyed using someone else’s bed! Entry was easy with the touchpad. My only suggestion would be to list closest grocery stores, gas station, pharmacy, etc. in the house book. Once off of WiFi and traveling,...

”This was a great time for all ages! We are 2 families who love to camp together and were considering a house this year. We got the best of both worlds with this property. We had a great time playing games, hanging out on the porch, and the chess table was always in use. It was a nice drive up to the white mountains and close to Mount cardigan. We will be back!”

”This property was as described. We enjoyed the outdoor seating on the porch with Baptist Pond just steps away. Appreciated the cooling fans in the living room and bedrooms, which did not get too hot during our summer stay. We didn't use the kayak or paddleboat, but one of us did swim in the pond for exercise. We also enjoyed breakfast and dinners out in nearby New London (good restaurants there!). Overall, a comfortable spot for friends to relax and connect.”

The kitchen was stocked well and very functional. We really enjoyed the game room above the garage. The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. It's very close to the southern end of Lake and Mt. Sunapee, so lots of outdoor activities. This would be a place we would return to.”
