”We were only there for one night and day…. Although everything is very outdated…. Vince and his crew were lovely. We decided to stay and have some wine and dinner and thank God we did…. Vince works very diligently in his kitchen, and the staff worked just as hard . We had a lovely dinner and some nice wine and when we weren’t sitting around the bar, laughing with the locals, we are in the family room sitting around the fireplace with the locals. ”My parents and I stayed in one of the one room cottages. Pros: It was very clean and in a prime location, only a short walk from Weirs Beach, the Mount Washington Cruises, and the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad. Housekeeping does an excellent job. The room had a coffee pot and a small refrigerator which was very cold. Cons: The bathroom was small and cramped. My bed was squeaky. Overall it was a great stay and I would come again. The price was reasonable compared to most other places in the area...
