The living and dining encompass the lower level. Sliding doors create a seamless transition to the balcony, where alfresco dining encourages days outdoors. A large dining table inside creates further opportunities to share a meal, making the most of the fully catered kitchen and BBQ. Enjoy a leisurely evening watching TV in the living area and unwind on the spacious sofa, which easily transforms into a sofa bed for extra sleeping space.

A grand staircase takes you upstairs where you’ll spend the night. Each of the three bedrooms is immaculately presented for a good night’s sleep, with air-conditioning and ceiling fans to keep things cool. The king-sized primary bedroom comes with access to a private balcony, along with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with a large tub. The second and third bedrooms both come with double-sized beds and share the main bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower. There’s also a third full bathroom downstairs for utmost convenience, with a washing machine and dryer for guest use.
