SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $500 can be requested prior to check-in. All our managed listings use an API-connected software that authorizes us to hold a refundable deposit.
CAUTION: All bedrooms are fitted with deadbolts for guest privacy and security. Guests traveling with children are kindly asked to declare this at the time of booking. In the event a child accidentally engages a deadbolt, a backup key is available upon request in the secondary lockbox. If on-site assistance is required, a call-out fee may apply.
