MVV ExpressBus Line X732 from Dasing to Munich-Pasing Travel comfortably and without changing buses from Dasing to Munich – partly via the motorway – on modern, comfortable double-decker buses with 85 seats. The MVV fare applies on this route. On-board payment is cash only, directly to the driver. The central stop “Dasing, Bahnhof” is only about 350 metres from our holiday apartments – an easy 4–5-minute walk. From there, the X732 runs hourly (more frequently on weekdays) directly to Munich-Pasing via the A8. From Munich-Pasing you can quickly reach all destinations in Munich.

The Accommodation
Bedroom 1 The sleeping area is modern, comfortable, and stylishly designed. It features high-quality box-spring beds, which can be arranged as two single beds (90x200) or one king-size double bed (180x200) upon request. White bed linen and grey bedspreads create an elegant atmosphere. Between the beds are two bedside tables with small lamps providing pleasant lighting. A large mirror above the beds adds a sense of space. Each bed has a multi-socket outlet so guests can easily use electronic devices. The floor is made of high-quality designer planks, adding a refined look and cosy feel. From the beds, you can watch the 4K TV with remote control while enjoying the fast internet. A large glass door leads to the balcony, furnished with two chairs and a small table – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the surroundings. Electrically operated exterior blinds allow for convenient darkening, ensuring optimal comfort. Smoking is permitted outside.

Dining Area The dining area is ideal for shared meals or social evenings. A dining table with comfortable seating for four creates a cosy atmosphere. Fast internet and a 4K TV provide entertainment. Thanks to its proximity to the kitchen, freshly prepared meals can be served directly. The lighting is pleasant, and the stylish furnishings blend harmoniously with the overall design of the apartment. Direct access to the outdoor terrace allows for al fresco dining and offers a smoking option for up to four people.

Kitchen The fully equipped, modern kitchen offers everything for a comfortable stay. A fast induction hob, oven, microwave, as well as pots and pans allow for flexible meal preparation. An Italian coffee machine with coffee, a tea station with a selection of teas, plus salt, sugar, and spices are provided. A large fridge with freezer compartment offers ample space for groceries. Tableware for four people is available. For entertainment, there is a 4K TV. The proximity to the dining area allows for direct serving of freshly prepared meals. The lighting is pleasant, and the stylish design integrates seamlessly into the apartment.

Bathroom The bathroom is very spacious and features a modern, clean, and minimalist design. Amenities include a wall-mounted toilet, a washbasin with mirror, and a large window providing plenty of daylight. There is also a shower with glass partition, a small shelf for accessories, and a stylish white shelving unit offering space for towels, books, and other bathroom items. The bathroom also includes a washing machine with integrated dryer, allowing washing and drying in one go. Above the washing machine is a towel rack with white towels. Large frosted-glass windows provide ample daylight while maintaining privacy. Beige tiles on the walls and floor create a clean, contemporary atmosphere.

Children will also find it an ideal retreat for playing or relaxing. The seating set includes a large safety ashtray, wind-protected and designed for long use without emptying. A special feature: the apartment has two terraces, allowing guests to choose between sunny and shaded spots.
