”Beautiful location in small town of Lieser. Nice rooms and super comfortable beds. No minibar in room which is not suitable for this level of hotel.
Service two-folded, partly excellent, partly very poor and misleading guidances. Spa and sauna not open and ready in the morning despite customer promise. ”

”Perusjotelli. Puuttuu jääkaappi. Piti itse vaihtaa pyyhkeet ja viedä roskat. Aamiainen kapea. Mutta ystävällinen henkilökunta,hyvä sänky, siisti huone! Lähellä joen rantaa.”

”It is worth to spend the small extra amount to get the view of the Porta Nigra. Room was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel doesn’t have the newest of interiors but it is still intact and functional
Only negative side was the cleaning crew, they came very early every day. On the day of our departure they knocked the door at 8:55!”

”Lovely hotel high up on the mountain side with an amazing view of the valley and Luxembourg on the other side of the river. The breakfast buffet was hardy and delicious, and the dinner one of the best I had in Europe! The natural setting was breathtaking. The infinity pool on the bottom floor has a great view of the valley, as well. The town had some fun places to explore, and it is just a short drive to Echternach on the Luxembourg side, which has a courthouse originally built by Charlemagne....
