”The resort is beautifully maintained, and it definitely suits most needs. The 3 different pool areas are the gems of the place! We stayed in a Deluxe room, which was good and roomy, although the balcony was tiny. Daily cleaning service was excellent. Everything worked, and all places were clean. ”Entrance is a bit far and not instantly clear where we are going to. After finding the marks there's very friendly staff helping out. There's ice cream, small store and restaurant in the area. Massage and lovely jacuzzi area also available, along with some other nice treats. Rooms are very nice and well kept. ”This resort is in a secluded location, very quiet and safe. The staff were very accommodating. It was difficult to get a hold of them initially to arrange for airport transfer. The numbers provided do not work on WhatsApp or Messenger, difficult with international phones and data only eSIM. I only received one response via email that I found on Facebook asking for flight info. Even then, there was no follow up. ”I’d to book 3 rooms last minute as our flight got delayed by one day. The staff is excellent, the front desk even went out of their way to make room suggestions. The rooms are very clean, spacious, bathrooms are excellent and the A/C (mini split) works as designed. The private beach is clean, infinity pool looks amazing and the Koi fish in the lobby was such a nice surprise. Excellent resort. ”
