The tv didn't work, the microwave didn't work and the bathtub wouldn't drain. When I addressed to front desk. Staff came to room at 1130 pm and let me know that I was able to check out. Bc they had no other rooms available and they couldn't fix the problems.”

”Very nice old house with beautiful details. This place not suitable for people with moving disabilities because of steep stairs.
Our room was located closest to the motorway so the noise of heavy traffic kept us awake at night. If you want a good night sleep ask fir a room somewhere futher away from that road.
Walking distance to the city.
Note that breakfast in the bistro is not totally free. ”

The staff didn't care that we'd been driving all day and were tired, she told us to check back later. The indoor pool was dirty and too cold to use, and the hot tub was out of order. The GM Melissa apologized, and said she'd give me 20000 points for my trouble, but never did. All around a poir hotel stay, with uncaring staff”

”This Hampton Inn has a very good free breakfast selection, better than any other free breakfast hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff were nice when we encountered them but didn’t see them much.
