”The rental was rented already and due to a snafu, we were unable to rent.”

”This house was easy to find because of its unique structure. We wish the beach access had been more clear. We couldn’t walk to the public beach and it was hard to find a nearby point where we could enter. It was not a 2 minute walk maybe a 2 minute drive. The main bed was uncomfortable and needed a new mattress. There were lots of stairs which might be challenging for older and younger guests. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was clean. We enjoyed our stay.”

”The home was clean and nice. However, it needs some TLC: paint, mold repair around vents, a clean furnace filter. Also, the fully stocked kitchen had no tea spoons, the toaster only half worked. The back door has a huge gap in it- It did blow open very easily with strong wind. The master bathroom door is too low and scrapping the floor and the washer is a little tricky to use ( youtube helped us get it working) ( push start twice) . Also in the upstairs bedroom the overly to the mattress is too...

”Light over the cook stove was dirty, vent hood was dirty. No extra toilet paper or trash bags. Had to make extra trip to store for supplies. Other than that was great”

”We love staying out this rental due to peaceful area. The place is always clean when we arrive. We love to sit on the patio and bird watch. Only set back this visit was a cold front came thru in late April and made it to cold to take a dip in the gulf water !”

”Great size house for families. Nice beach access and quick walk to west end public beach. A few palmetto bigs made their appearance and scared kids, but overall wonderful experience. Great price too!”

”First got there seemed like the house was shut up for the season,not aired out. Refrigerator had strong fish smell. Appliances could stand to be updated. Maintenace on yard and dock. But overall we had a good stay.”

”Me and my colleague stayed here because our other colleague who lives on island was just down the road. We were able to walk to the bakery for breakfast and to most of what we needed! It was clean and nice!”

”Our first day was storming and flooding. We received a weather alert from the rental staff about possible tornadoes in the area while we were traveling. We were able to get to the house and rental staff was very helpful in transporting our vehicle to a safer place to park overnight. Staff very friendly and caring. We are planning on booking this house again.”
