Exactly as Listed!

The house was perfect and exactly as listed. It was extremely clean and the starter items were perfect for our late arrival since we weren’t able to get to a store that night for toilet paper, trash bags, etc. The layout of the home was perfect for two families with two masters and two kids rooms. The pool was the highlight of the stay. It was a great size and our family loved it!

All Star Worlds Coaches Home

We absolutely loved our stay in this home and the amount of space this home provides. We chose this as our “Coaches Home” while we had teams competing in All Star Worlds in Orlando. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and a great place to escape the busy-ness of the city. It’s in close proximity of local shops & restaurants which made it easy to eat great food then come back and relax at the pool. Thank you Brian for providing a very enjoyable & relaxing experience.

Spacious

House was spacious and design was very good - 2 master bedrooms, large living room. House seemed clean but when daughter pulled sheets from bed when we were leaving, there was a large stain on mattress. Outside around pool there was dirt - we had a 2 year old so that was not ideal - and the cushions were pretty worn. But there were LOTS of other great things about this property. Kitchen was very well stocked, convenient location, quiet neighborhood (some noise from fire trucks but a sound machine will cover it up), gated community, showers/jacuzzi/regular tubs, hot tub was great!

Great place perfect location

Perfect house with two master suites., pool, hot tub, and nice kitchen. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Off the beaten path in a gated community. Great weekend

Beautiful Home

This house was absolutely beautiful. Great location if you’re going to Disney and the hot tub will help you relax after a long day walking in the parks. Would definitely stay here again. FYI the lawn care people come very early on Tuesdays.

Do Not Stay Here. Horrible experience.

I have to take this moment to write this, we were so disappointed with this place, the CDC Cleaning was not done when we came in, the sheets were dirty and just remade from previous use, there were hair on the sheets and crumbs of food. Not washed. I had to wash them on the first day, and I had to clean all the surfaces and wipe down the surfaces especially because of Covid. The kitchen sink faucet is broken and sprinkles water all over the place. And out of courtesy I wish there was some soap here, we did not bring soap with us thinking we will survive the first day with whatever is in the property and then go buy more, but not even a single soap in the property. There’s COVID going around, how can this house be this dirty and without any soap. Also, we were supposed to have several Garbage bags according to the sign on the fridge, but we had 1 garbage bag. The pool has frogs in it so we couldn’t use it. All I can say at this point is that please don’t do this to the next guests. Please clean the property, especially due to COVID CDC compliance. We are local so we checked out a day early. We are a family that vacations a lot, we have never had such a horrible experience.

The home was okay. Clean but alittle out dated. This home is being managed by 3rd party which made the check in not so welcoming. They wanted a physical check in which was very new to what I am normally use to. They want me to show up to there office before 5pm which was hard to do since I am in fl on vacation. I had to contact VRBO so they can contact management. Austin told me through email is I don't show up for a physical check in I won't be able to check in and I will get charged for the day. Be careful renting homes like this.

This house was absolutely wonderful it’s way bigger in person and super clean . Pool was lovely beds were super comfy i didn’t want to leave but there’s always next year this is my go to rental ! Thank you for your hospitality! My family and i enjoyed every bit !!!!!!

Beautiful Home

Awesome!

It has comfort that we can't receive from a hotel! Only drawback is there is no handicap accommodations in the bathrooms (no railings). But other than that, it was wonderful!

Beautiful Location

We have stayed in this estate for the past 5 years and unfortunately this villa was not up to the same standard. First impressions were great until we opened the bedroom door to find that the walk-in wardrobe had one door missing with the surround loose from the wall and in pieces. No explanation was given for this when reported to management company. The air conditioning was not working in part of the house and the management company told us it had also broken the week before. The mesh screen covering the pool was damaged and was allowing insects into the pool area. Other reviews say that televisions in the bedrooms did not work, we tried these and must say that these were infact working. With a little bit of work this villa could be a wonderful vacation home.

Dates needs a lot of repairing

The second half of the holiday was ruined by lovebugs due to their being holes and large tears in the mesh . due to it being old and a lack of maintenance even though it looked lovely.the lovebugs and other flying insects kept getting into the pool area thus spoiling our time around a large pool area and lovely pool .

The home is WONDERFUL! Staff were so accommodating to us when an unexpected emergency happened and everyone was unable to attend the reserved days. There is one rude and snipey lady in the office that they should keep away from their phone lines and customers but besides that I loved my stay 😊

Great layout, clean new house.
