”Upon checking in...there was a smell....when going to our room and checking the beds (2 queen beds) BOTH BEDS WERE BADLY STAINED.... we were moved to another 2 queen bed room upstairs....also BOTH BEDS STAINED AND GROSS...TRASH STILL IN THE ROOM... When I asked for the Manager, I was told there was no Manager on location, no was there any service staff to change any sheets or clean anything.... I demanded a refund and got one.”

”I found earrings in my room that I threw in the trash. The swimming pool area wasn't in good or great shape. The pool area needs some modern upgrades. More seating and better lighting. Breakfast was fair and the was little small for the furniture that was in the room. It was okay. I've stayed in several other SPRINGHILL SUITES MARRIOTT and it was ALOT NICER than this particular facility. The rooms were also much bigger.”
