”Really enjoyed the breakfast. Changing the hot food choices more often would be nice. Exercise room was nice. Larger than usual.”

”Their amenities listed are completely false. From no beach access due to health concerns all the way to no wi-fi. Would strongly suggest to go elsewhere unless you enjoy being freezing cold all night and buying your own toilet paper.”

”We requested a non smoking room. The room smelled so strong like cigarettes. Sheets were dirty. They clearly weren’t washed because we found an earring in the bed. Bugs in the bathroom. We requested to move to a different hotel but they wouldn’t work with us. I wouldn’t have my worst enemy stay here. ”

”The room needs the bathroom door knob fixed. My mom was stuck in the bathroom in the middle of the night. The tv remote needed new batteries We needed an extra comforter for my daughter and never received one as well as extra sheets for the crib.”

”I had a very concerning experience during my recent stay. Upon opening the sofa bed in our room, I discovered bedbugs. After checking further, a chair in the room was heavily infested. One member of our party works in pest control and confirmed the issue immediately. I reported this to the front desk and requested someone come inspect the room, but staff refused. Due to the conditions, we did not stay in the room and were moved to another hotel. At that time, I was clearly told that I would...
