”Lux home base for outdoor fun. We enjoyed our summer stay at this lovely home. It was perfect for adventuring outdoors and then coming back to a relaxing retreat with luxurious amenities, including a state-of-the-art kitchen, hot tub and stone shower. ”This area is amazing! We missed the spring blooms by a week, maybe. But it was still so pretty. The property was exactly as described. Communication was slow, but I did get responses. The property was clean, but here were dead bugs, and I mean A LOT of dead bugs, on every window seal and on the floor under the windows. Lots of cobwebs too, but it didn't affect the stay. ”We had a very nice stay. The cabin is exactly as advertised (except it now has a full-size refrigerator). It is clean, the location is terrific with nice surroundings and easy access to nearby activities. Also there is access to a nice swimming pool and mini-golf. ”Rest Assured cabin in Big Bear Resort was absolutely perfect! We love to mountain bike and the Chris Cowley trail was exactly 1 mile from the cabin. This magnificent trail ended on Camp 70 Road where many of the famous Davis trails start including Hoodoo and Moon Rocks. David was extremely receptive to all communication and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time in Canaan. ”This was the second time we’ve stayed here for a weekend while visiting family. It’s a great location, right in downtown Davis. The unit itself is small but clean and comfortable. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped, but small, so I wouldn’t want to cook anything more than a fairly basic meal in it. Although the unit sleeps 4, I think it’s ideal for 2 people and more than that would be tight (the table seats 2 for example). We would have no hesitation in staying here again. ”
