We welcome you to Dax, a renowned spa town, for a leisure trip or your wellness retreat for two, four, or six people, for which we offer a special rate. Our rental enjoys a prime location, just steps from the nearest shops and only 2 km from the thermal baths and the historic town center. A shuttle to the thermal baths is 50 meters away. Gallo-Roman remains, Art Deco buildings, the banks of the Adour River, the Roman arena, the Place de la Fontaine Chaude... this is just a glimpse of the city's many attractions. Not to mention that the ocean, the Basque Country, and Spain are easily accessible for wonderful day trips. Our apartment is located in a historic house that has been divided into three separate units. With its stone and half-timbered construction, the building is unique and a rare find in the town. You will also appreciate the natural setting with its large, wooded park. An outdoor table and chairs are available. Located on the ground and first floors, our LOLA apartment is air-conditioned, spacious, and functional. It can accommodate up to 6 people. This two-bedroom apartment comprises: On the ground floor: - a large living room with a lounge area (TV, Wi-Fi), dining area, and open-plan kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher) - a bathroom with shower and washing machine - a separate toilet Upstairs: - 1 attic bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) - 1 attic bedroom with two double beds (140cm) - an open mezzanine area with a desk For your comfort, bed linen, towels, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning, and water, electricity, and heating are included.
