”Room was clean and neat. Big room plenty of room to move around. Jacuzzi style tub but didn't get a chance to use it. Very helpful staff and manager helped us with an issue we had with our reservation with ease. I'd definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Location was great close to all shops and convenience stores in downtown.”

”The hotel itself was ok. There are definitely signs of age, such as some stains on a lampshade and some imperfections on the bathroom ceiling. Our room had a musty smell. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. But for a 1 night stay, it was livable. We had a very loud family as neighbors. The walls are paper thin and the doors are extremely loud. Can’t control, this and it’s not the hotel’s fault. My husband got two items out of the snack vending machines, a snack bar and a can of soda,...

”Newer property in heart of Mosinee. Restaurants, breweries, river and parks walking distance. Definitely stay here over choices along the major highway.”

”Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much.”

”There was no prior notice that the pool was closed by the health department over a week before our stay. The staff’s response was you’re free to try getting a room at another hotel. There was a shower in my room, but the faucet had been changed, so there was no way to turn the shower on.”

”The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows flat. Very noisy while trying to sleep at night from the traffic revving and racing on the roads. Rooms easy to access with cards. Rooms were clean. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast was fine.”

”Didn’t like nothing about it!!! Had to move rooms in middle of night cuz the children of the place kept slamming the outside doors open and closed!!! Moved room then my 2 yr old had found two different types of pills in her pull out bed!!! Had to keep asking for towels and other room services to be done!!!”

”Difficult to find entrance to property, I had booked a reservation for $50 and was charged $68. The room was ok other than the was only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 2 wash clothes, the courtesy coffee maker didn’t work and thee biggest problem. No Hot Water, I had to take an ice cold shower. Not impressed at. Will never stay here again.”
