”We stayed here for one night at the end of our trip before flying home. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room was spacious and comfortables. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed after a long trip. Overall, it was a great stay and a perfect way to end our vacation.”

”Very few channels on the TV, and several of them didn't work at all. Breakfast was highly rated, which helped me decide on this facility, but no meat, no bacon, no sausage! Only bagels boiled eggs, toast, cold cereal and juice. The quality was good, but that's not a five star breakfast to me. 2 of 3 ice makers were out of service, and instead of directing us to the one working machine, the signs just said "out of order" sending guests to search and go up and down stairs or tie up the...

”My bed was full of dog hair. When I informed the staff they did not clean my room, they only changed the sheets. My wife spent the entire stay (10 days) sick with asthma and cough. If the place accepts pets, they should clean well or at least not mix the rooms. I didn't expect to have such a bad time in a new place. Also I didn't like that the room was not cleaned in the 10 days we stayed. I don't recommend it at all.”

”This airport hotel needs some renovation. Desk staff didn’t tell us about the breakfast coupons we paid for or give us much information about amenities. Breakfast buffet was ok but not great. Sometimes the eggs were hard, fruit and toast were not there and we had to ask about it. Two male waiters were excellent at breakfast and dinner. Dinner was excellent as well. Pub burger was good. Decaf coffee not very good but the hotel has Starbucks which opens at 6 am”

”My stay was good overall, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. However, I was disappointed that complimentary coffee was not available in the lobby throughout the day. Additionally, the dryer in the guest laundry area did not fully dry my clothes, even after a complete cycle, and some items were still wet. Addressing these issues would improve the overall guest experience.”
