”The only thing it was a little bit confused, was the parking lot for me to be my first time at this hotel, the parking is shared with another property and signage wasn't that clear, at least for me as I said this was my first time!!”

”Huone oli tilava ja mukava. Aamiainen olisi voinut olla monipuolisempi. Esimerkiksi ei ollut leikkeleitä eikä juustoa. Lentokenttäkuljetus oli ilmainen, mutta todella hankala. Olin lähettänyt viestin hotelille 3 päivää etukäteen, mutta en saanut vastausta. Tullessamme soitimme hotelliin, eikä hotellista pystytty sanomaan kuinka kauan kestää ennen kuin kuljetus saapuu. Odotimme 1,5 tuntia. Vaikka hotelli lopuksi oli ihan hyvä varaamme seuraavan kerran hotelli, jossa on kiertävä hotellikuljetus...

”Hotellihuone oli suuri ja siisti. Aulatilat hieman vanhanaikaiset mutta toimivat. Plussaa kuntosalista ja uima-altaasta. Aamupala ok.”

”Great property. Dinner options at the in hotel restaurant were not great.”

”The staff in restaurant were so nice and helpful. The cookies are delicious. Loved the place”

”5 stars. Parking fee.”

”This place is as clean and in a nice area, but it is not a hotel. Which you see when booking, but it just wasn’t the best with communication and trying to get updates. We are Hilton diamond members and couldn’t get into our room until right at 4:00, even though we got there at 10 and were willing to pay for early check in. We were in town for an event and had to be late to that so we could get ready since we flew in from out of town. I didn’t love not being able to talk to a typical front desk...

”Atypique et en plein cœur de la ville. Une belle expérience même si les travaux devant l’hôtel ont provoqué beaucoup de bruit la nuit.”

”The front desk staff was very professional and welcomed me at check in and throughout my stay. The only negatives with the visit was I had to kill a baby coachroach in the bathroom and they ran out of parking spaces on my second stay so I had to park in an overflow parking space further away from hotel. Also, overpass noise at night may be a nuissance for some people sensitive to noise. Walking distance to Utah jazz arena and restaurants nearby. The room is in need of upgrading in terms of...

”Our favorite hotel in downtown Salt Lake!”

”The hotel is very hip. Lots to do at the actual hotel with shopping, skateboarding, rock climbing. Some restaurants walking distance. Staff very nice. A lot of construction going on surrounding the hotel. Obviously an upcoming area. My room did not have a window which I didn’t realize. Will book again but room with a window and patio.”

”The hotel overall was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was good except for the breakfast buffet they offered, it was awful. Totally recommend the little diner across the street attached to the Holiday Inn it was fabulous and half the price.”

”Overall fine for one night in SLC with a pet as the property doesn’t charge any pet fees; however, we did have to ask a couple times about beds and bowls and sadly the dog room service menu advertised on their website was discontinued. The room itself was small but still comfortable for 2 adults and a dog and we were pleasantly surprised with how quiet it ended up being, although the light from the corridor was basically blaring in so something to keep mind if you need a dark room to sleep. It...
