Unfortunately, the home looked better in photos than it did in reality, and the overall condition did not meet the expectations set by the listing—especially given what we paid to stay here for two nights (1,400–1,600).Cleanliness was a major issue upon arrival. Several pillows did not have pillowcases, there was hair in the linens, no washcloths available anywhere in the house, and silverware was extremely limited. The overall impression was that the home had not been professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. The master bathtub was visibly dirty and had to be cleaned by us before use. As we moved through the house, the floors became increasingly sticky and noisy underfoot, further reinforcing concerns about cleanliness.There were also numerous broken or poorly maintained features throughout the home. The rain waterfall shower head in the master bathroom was not functioning, and multiple floor tiles were broken or shifted when walked on, which felt unsafe.Additionally, the home was advertised as having a hot tub. We specifically asked about this prior to arrival because no hot tub was shown in the listing photos, and we were later told this was a mistake and that the home does not, in fact, have a hot tub. This was especially disappointing, as the hot tub was one of the primary reasons we chose this property.Overall, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and inaccurate listing details made this stay frustrating and uncomfortable.
