Daytona

The condo was amazing and as described. However, the building and the area were surprisingly rundown. For our purposes, that was not an issue. But for someone coming to the beach, to enjoy the beach and the Daytona area it was not that great. Hosts were amazing and very prompt in communicating.

Beautiful room!

This was just as advertised! Beautifully decorated and well stocked. One of the cleanest units we have ever stayed in. We were there for Biketoberfest and were very happy with the room. The only issue was the resort was not very motorcycle accommodating. ( but that is not the owners fault) If you are not on a bike, I highly recommend this unit!

Great studio on the beach

Had a great time staying here. Host was accommodating, place was just as described. Loved the balcony on the corner as open on the end to let nice breezes flow through.

Love the wrap window view ocean front!

We have stayed in this unit for two family vacations and really love the decor and the wrap balcony ocean front with tons of windows! The owner was prompt to communicate with us! We were disappointed there were no blankets for the beds- only sheets and bedspreads. Also, we believe the sleeper needs a new mattress as it was very thin and you can feel the bars under you. We would love to stay there again with family if new sleeper mattress! Great place!

Super clean, exactly as posted! Easy check in. They also had lots of extras in bathroom in case you forgot something and beach chairs you could use! Will definitely stay here again!

Great!

No issues. We had a great time. Renata was very responsive to my questions. Would stay there again. Be aware, parking was very limited on a very busy 4th of July weekend., but that’s no fault of the owner. The resort closed or no longer has access to the parking garage. Other than that, it was perfect.

It was okay

The room was okay and the property was supposed to have an inside bar and food but did not. The bathroom plug didn’t work. We arrived early and were wondering if the room was clean. The property mgr made me feel like I was bugging her and said no. I called her about garbage bags and she again made me feel like I was bugging her. She had a rude tone. Another negative was a 10am check out time. Probably won’t rent this one again. Pools and beach were nice.

Beautiful waterfront views, quiet, clean well maintained property

Very nice, clean great balcony views of Daytona Beach and in a great location. My wife and I enjoyed our weekend getaway.

Amazing!

My fiancé and I had such an amazing Time here! The room was absolutely breath taking! The view was our favorite waking up to sunrise and ocean view! It was such a romantic feel the bed was also comfortable! Will definitely stay here again on our next getaway!

Nice Studio

It was nice and clean. Right cozy enough for my husband and I to enjoy. We had a corner room. Very nice view of the beach and it was absolutely beautiful watching the sunrise from the comfort of the bed. If you have lower back issues, just make sure you have a wedge or something to prop your feet on to take the pressure off your back. Other than that, you should be fine. I would definitely use that unit again. I had no problem with communicating with the owner.

Sterilized, smelled clean (stayed during COVID), so many extras in unit for our use, nice quiet location in resort, large square footage, extremely well maintained. We’ll book same unit every year! #perfect

Amazing views, great space for two!

We rented this property for three nights over the Memorial Day weekend. The studio has amazing corner and front view of the Atlantic. Great balcony to sit on and soak in the sounds of the ocean and all the sights the beach brings. There are great restaurants within walking distance. We rented umbrella and chairs for an easy day at the beach with no lugging or cleaning anything. We did not use the pools or hot tubs. We did order lunch once at the Reef Bar and brought it back to the beach to eat. The bed was comfortable. Great couch and table sitting area. Not sure if we turned on the TV as we were just enjoying everything else. This was a great romantic getaway for my wife and I. I’d gladly recommend this room! The landlord was easy to work with and communicated well. Very happy with our weekend getaway!

Overall excellent - Great review and resort

A little confusion checking in. Hotel management somewhat in the dark about separate rental and rental contact management. No explanation at resort on combination of pass and door code. Somehow missed text about door combination because everything else came in by email.

“46th Wedding Anniversary/ Past Guests “

Our last time here was on our anniversary in 2012. Seven years later we finally made it back and it was just as lovely as before. This little slice of heaven is well worth a visit. Surrounded by glass North and South with the bed facing center stage with the ocean. Huge dinner table, complete kitchen, with everything you will ever need, and a balcony that calls your name day and night. We experienced a full moon this past week there that lit up the night sky hovering over the ocean. Simply beautiful. We will be staying here again soon for sure. It can not be beat. Words can’t really can’t express the serenity we have received from staying at this unit. The people that work here are the best and everything you might need is within walking distance especially just across the street. The parking deck is ideal and the whole process from beginning to end is so easy. Vita has always taken good care of us when staying here. She is a text or phone call away and wants to be sure everything is up to your expectations. Very professional and very prompt and very courteous. We can probably say we would not want to stay anywhere else around the Daytona Beach area. It’s on the 11th floor and the views are breathtaking. We have always returned home refreshed, recharged, and ready after staying here. Thank you Vita for another opportunity to enjoy this wonderful place! Incredible Views

Walking into the condo for the first time will take your breath away. It is a corner unit on the 11th floor. There are windows and a sliding glass door that wrap around two walls giving an unobstructed view of the Atlantic. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. My only suggestion is that the owners ask the association to clean the exterior windows more frequently.

Amazing view

This property was fabulous! The view is unbeatable with it's big picture windows. The balcony is spacious. The condo was cozy, very clean, and inviting. The property owner was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Would definately stay here again!
