⚠️ CURRENT RESORT STATUS
Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022. Many amenities are open and operational, but portions of the exterior and common areas remain under repair or construction.
Seawall construction is currently underway and may result in daytime construction noise, dust, equipment activity, or temporary work areas. Construction schedules and activity levels can vary.
The resort is an established Daytona Beach property and some common areas are older and awaiting improvements. We want guests to arrive with accurate expectations.
