The Space:

After a day of sun and surf, the fire pit’s glow invites you to unwind under a canopy of stars. Inside, the light‑filled space offers a calm retreat where the sound of the surf blends with the hum of the air‑conditioner.



Sleeping arrangements

The studio sleeps three guests with two comfortable beds and a clean, well‑stocked bathroom. Fresh linens and towels are provided, and the room’s layout lets you relax or work with ease.



Outdoor living

Direct beach access lets you stroll to the water at any time. The resort grounds feature a shared outdoor pool, a fire pit for evening gatherings, and a fully equipped gym. Outdoor seating areas are scattered throughout, perfect for sipping coffee while watching the tide. All amenities are open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and the heated pools and jacuzzis are ready for a dip any season.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and silverware. Cooking basics such as oil, salt, and pepper are supplied, and children’s dinnerware is available for families. A small dining nook lets you enjoy meals with the ocean just outside your window.



Living space & technology

A flat‑screen HDTV and high‑speed Wi‑Fi keep you connected and entertained. A dedicated workspace in the common area supports any short‑term work needs. Climate control is provided by a window AC unit and heating, ensuring comfort year‑round.

Self‑check‑in is simple with a smart lock and a private entrance. Free on‑site parking removes any hassle of finding a spot. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed for peace of mind.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the studio unit, located on the fourth floor (unit #427). You'll have private access to the bedroom area, full bathroom, kitchen, and dining room. Enjoy shared access to the living room, gym, and pool. Plus, take advantage of the beach access and outdoor seating.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: Guests have access to the gym, North Outdoor Pool (heated), Indoor Pool, two Jacuzzis (heated), and sauna. Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM. A key card and parking pass are provided; please return them to the unit upon departure. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and on the premises. Please dispose of all trash and food before checking out; a $20 fee applies for any trash left behind. Our rental agreement is required for security. Amenities are open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
