POOL OPEN! Direct Oceanfront 1 Bedroom Suite at Daytona Bch Resort

POOL IS NOW OPEN! Our beach access stairs were destroyed in the hurricane, so current access is via the public ramp at the north side of the building. There are 4 pools, the one outside of our balcony is still closed unfortunately. There is 1 outdoor pool open, and at some times the indoor may be open too.

Enjoy Daytona and forget the cramped studios you're used to seeing, this roomy suite has a bedroom space with 2 new queen beds and a separate living & kitchen area with an amazing view directly over the (currently closed) pool to the Atlantic Ocean! Close the door separating the 2 areas for more privacy.

Have some work to finish? Plug your laptop into the desktop monitor and get it done quickly so you can join your friends down at the beach. Sip your morning coffee while you watch the sunrise directly off your balcony, or have an adult beverage while watching the dolphins and surfers jump through the waves.

KITCHENETTE has a full-sized fridge with separate freezer compartment and a 2-burner stove so you can prepare everything from a can of soup to a gourmet meal and serve it up at the breakfast bar or the dining room table. Everything from wine glasses to spatulas, & plates to pots will be found for your use. Even a Ninja oven!

2 new Helix hybrid mattresses (one Dawn, one Midnight) will give you a great night sleep so you can get up tomorrow and enjoy Daytona all over again. 54" Smart TVs in both the bedroom and the living room areas.

Directly across the street from a shopping plaza with stores and restaurants.

Parking is in the lot to the south side of the building.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-9am
- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours.
- Damage deposit of $400 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 25
- A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.

CHECKING OUT: All we ask upon your departure is clean any dishes you used and take out the trash. Simple!
