The host did not reach out to us in a timely manner for check in. We had to reach out to them the day before we were to check in. Their instructions were very vague. We were concerned that we actually had a place. It turned out okay but we were very uncomfortable with the process. The condo was comfortable but needed to be updated and had some maintenance issues. The location was great and it was very affordable.

Great place to stay! Property manager was top tier!!

Condo was clean, had beach toys for us if we would have needed them. Property manager was great and worked with us when we contacted him. Basic needs were met+ many small amenities that go overlooked, like salt and pepper were provided. The price was on point for the room itself. The flooring and the wall behind a recliner was a little scrapped up. We didn’t use the tv that much, but it was very small for the room size and looked out of place, needs at least a 43” tv. The balcony view”seaside” was excellent, but the high sitting chairs felt unsafe to use, a little to wobbly for me, but I could see how someone would find them better to see the view. The biggest problem we had was the elevator. They have 2 but 1 is and has been down for roughly 6 weeks, One elevator for a full resort is not great. At one point both were down for 20 minutes, stranding a few guests. But that was operator error which caused that. We contacted the property manager and he immediately got it squared away. The pool was amazing. Something to consider when booking in Daytona, is that a lot of condos pools have not been repaired yet, and this one is excellent. This location is close to the free splash pad so if you have children that’s a definite bonus, it’s literally right beside the complex. The smell of bbq being used by the multiple grills poolside was like being at a family get together. Had a great time and would definitely come back again.

Great Location, Great view

Location is very convenient, The host is very nice and accommodating. There are a couple of areas that could really make this an outstanding stay, the bed mattress could really stand replacing and the bath tub needs to be re-caulked but overall the view makes up for any short comings. If we ever stay in Daytona again we would consider staying here again. Again Sam is a great host.

Get Location for NASCAR weekend

This place is great for a getaway. There is everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Loved. Seeing the sunrise every morning right from our balcony. Then was able to view the skyline at night from our balcony. Sam did everything to ensure we had a great stay! Definitely will return to Daytona Beach and stay here again.

Great location, great place to sleep at night

First and foremost this review is NOT to complain but to address areas of opportunity. The location is great, you’re about a mile from the boardwalk and a short 5 minute walk from the main strip. The building it self is older and could use some updating BUT they keep the facilities clean and kept, but that has nothing to do with the property manager Sam. Sam was super nice and accommodating, it was a last minute booking when another property we booked fell through. The unit itself needs some updating/ repairs. The unit when we arrived was clean but not the cleanest, it had a slight grease odor upon entering, a layer of dust was under the furniture and on the base of the dresser and night stands. The main bed is a full or Queen, there is a mattress topper on it but I think it’s time for a new one, the bed was a little lumpy making it uncomfortable. There are several floor boards that are warped and separating from the base floor. The kitchen has all the basics. The kitchen counter does wobble quite a bit. The bathroom vent does not work so when you take a shower, it turns into a sauna, the caulking around the bathtub should be redone. Lastly, I wish there was more air circulation other than the one unit in place, mind you we were there when it was 97+ everyday but that one unit was struggling. Overall I would stay again, and recommend. It’s cheapest option by far, great location and amenities, just some upgrades could be made and a deeper clean.

Pro's: Our Property MGR Sam was awesome. We arrived very early & I texted him & as soon as the Condo was ready he met us & got us right in. Beautiful Views & right on the beach. Pool is nice. Walking distance to Restaurants & Bars. We were going to the beach, so got the Beach Chairs out of the closet but they were broken & not usable, Told Sam & he brought chairs from his home for us to use that night! Cons: The condo Floor needed cleaned. Only an extension cord over the bed for plugging anything into. Shower Liner was ripped. The Condo definitely needs upgraded, but for the price it works! Overall we had a nice time! Thanks Again Sam for everything!

The room was as described... View was lovely and the walk to the beach was very easy... Had trouble getting our key to work for the front door but that was the only issue we had. Will definitely go back ~~

Great condo

The owner was very friendly and made the check in process very easy. The unit itself had an amazing view and was located close to the pier and great restaurants. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great little place for a few people in Daytona Beach.

Great view

This view from the seventh floor is great. Perfect view of the beach and the city. Check in is so easy, property owner takes the time to meet you and show you around. I would stay here again. Studio is set up with everything you will need and walking distance to everything. I just can't say enough about the host or the rental. We stayed for two weeks and loved everyday.

Better than ok but not great. Room was dated but relatively clean. TV is small and old so no casting capability and no cable. Pool is awesome. Hot tub good. Beautiful view of the beach from our balcony but balcony is not private. Close access to the beach which is nice.

Baba’s place is exactly as pictured and described. It is walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The pool is AMAZING. We landed very late and Baba was quick and accommodating for our check in process.

Great place for the money

Absolutely WONDERFUL

It was great to have a working kitchen with a full sized refrigerator! The view was beautiful, the room was cool and comfortable and the bed had soft sheets and was extremely comfortable. My friend and I felt very secure with all of the locking doors keeping anyone out that wasn't a guest. (Important for two ladies traveling alone) We would DEFINITELY stay here again. The host was very responsive to all questions. ***** Five stars!

Has to be perfect

The bed was smaller than I thought which was uncomfortable, it stayed cool which was nice, but in the end we made sure almost everything was completely cleaned but there were a couple small messes and he threw a fit and is trying to charge us an outrageous amount for a couple small items. I don’t recommend him because he is trying to my get as much money out of you as he possible can.
