Escape to the vacation of your dreams and enjoy fantastic views from the wrap around balcony in this beautifully appointed luxury 12th floor condo! Located directly on the famous Daytona Beach.
The unit has southern exposure to view Ponce Inlet
Lighthouse, Daytona Pier, and you could spot a rocket launch Kennedy Space Center. One hour from Orlando and Port Canaveral.
Perfectly suited for one family or two or a group of friends!
Sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Balcony access from every room! Located direct oceanfront complex you have access to all the amenities including underground parking for one car and additional parking above, large oceanfront pool, sauna with shower, well equipped gym, BBQ area with tables and grills, and gated beachfront area,
TVs and cable in each room, Wi-Fi, outdoor seating on balcony, and well equipped kitchen. Just bring your clothes!
This condo has everything you might need only blocks away from restaurants, movies, groceries, drug store, amusement parks, and of course Daytona Speedway is only a 15 minute drive.
Master Suite - Large room with 2 queen sized beds, TV with cable, private full bath with separate vanity, sliding door to the expansive balcony, large closet and dresser space

Guest Bedroom - Large room with 1 queen size bed and 1 full size bed, TV with cable, large closet and dresser space, sliding door to expansive balcony.

Living room/Dining room - Large space to enjoy family and friends with ample comfortable seating, dining table, TV with cable, equipped with plenty of games to play with the family after a day at the beach. Enjoy the view through the wall of windows with a slider for direct balcony access.

Kitchen - Newly renovated and equipped with toaster, Keurig, blender, microwave, full stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, dishes, all utensils, bowls, cookware, bakeware and everything else you would need to feel at home!

Wrap around balcony - Lots of seating and a dining table for al fresco eating. Walkway to the beach and outdoor shower for when you return.
Washer and dryer on the 12th floor, coin operated, Hotel style bedding and linens provided. Beach chairs and beach toys provided.
Must be 23 to rent. No smoking or candles permitted.

***Please note that there is balcony construction currently ongoing on the building and you may hear construction noise between 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday -
Friday.***

Clean and well equipped with great view. Parking was easy. The building is underggoing some remodeling which takes away a little bit of the appeal, but the condo is very nice. It is listed as three bathrooms, but only has two.

Spectacular ocean/beach views from this 12th floor unit! Spacious condo with nice separation between bedrooms. Appreciated prompt communication and accommodation from Dominic. We liked the comfortable beds and pillows, and also the generous supply of bath and beach towels. The biggest disappointment was that the owners did not disclose ongoing condo construction. We were woken every morning at 8am to super loud drilling, sanding and hammering which was right outside of our unit. This construction noise made it difficult to relax, sleep in, and enjoy ourselves. We also had to keep the blinds closed because the workers and scaffolding were right outside our window/balcony. The kitchen is not very well stocked and the general supplies like toilet paper, paper towels…are very limited. But overall, we loved the location, the unit set-up and the views.

We stayed for Daytona Supercross weekend. The condo was undergoing some balcony maintenance but there wasn't any noise throughout the weekend during our stay. Despite the balcony maintenance. we enjoyed the beautiful views (dolphins playing) and sunrises from the balcony. The condo was as pictured online and very large for our party of 5 to have plenty of room. Plenty of beach towels. Beds were very comfortable. There is plenty to do in the area and lots of great places to eat or grab a cocktail. Host was easy to coomunicate with and very responsive to any questions we had. There is a grocery store about a mile North from the condo so that was convenient when grocery items were needed. Although tight, I very much liked having the enclosed garage and parking spot for our vehicle. We would definitely stay here again! Would be a fantastic summer getaway rental.

We stayed at this location for 12 days .Amazing location. Good , clean, well furnished apartment. Superb view of the ocean. Thoughtfully appointed apartment..responsive host. Cons: no heated pool, rudimentary gymOur only issue was the construction noise . This looks like will go on for few more months. On most days it was tolerable, there would be drilling noise starting at 8 am. Construction noise would end by 5 pm. Again , on most days it was tolerable. Will definitely consider staying again in the future

We had the best long weekend. The condo is exceptionally clean and comfortable. So much room to spread out and chill after a long day. Owner is responsive and helpful. The location is convenient to all the action but quiet. The garage is great for parking. The construction was loud, but we only really dealt with it one morning. We will certainly book again. Can’t wait to take full advantage of the balcony and views (incredible) when work is complete. Thanks for sharing your amazing home.

Awesome!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The views were amazing. Very clean & spacious. It was our first experience staying in Daytona Beach.Our only issue was construction on the balcony, which is out of the property managers hands, as it was very noisy & wasnt able to use the balcony while they were working. We made the best out of it anyway. Contacted Dominic did credit us back some due to the inconvenience, which was very nice. Will book this place again next time we visit Daytona Beach!!
