To help preserve our newly renovated condo and ensure guest safety, please observe the following:
• Coastal Wind & Door Suction Notice: High coastal winds create powerful vacuum drafts. Never open the condo entry door and patio/balcony door at the same time, as doors can slam shut with violent force. Always keep the hallway entry door securely shut before opening balcony doors.
• Key Policy: Guests receive property keys at check-in; a $100 replacement fee applies for each lost or unreturned key.
• Interior Care: To protect our newly remodeled flooring and furnishings, please ensure you are dry and sand-free when coming inside.
• Community Policies: Please adhere to Harbour Beach Resort HOA quiet hours and smoke-free policies. All condo contents and linens (except pool towels) must remain inside the unit.
