We stayed here from 4/5 - 4/12/26. I’ll list the many pros and the very few cons:1) The condo unit is absolutely IMMACULATE. Actually the cleanest condo we have ever rented (and we travel a lot.) There was literally not even a spec of dust to be found even on the baseboards. 2) Beds are extremely comfortable and the sheets are soft and smooth. (We brought our own pillows but the ones provided looked good). 3) Condo unit was very well equipped. Lots of extras we didn’t expect such as hand soap, body soap, some spices, mayo, coffee filters, etc. 4) Plenty of space in the condo with two comfortable reclining chairs. Door separating living area/bedroom. 5). Lots of hot water and great water pressure in the shower!6). Air Conditioning worked GREAT. It’s not a window unit. Kept the rooms very cool, though there is a box fan in the bedroom if needed.7). Communication with the owner was great. He gives very detailed specifics on checking in/out with very helpful tips. I had a question for him and he responded in a very reasonable timeframe. 8) ONE outdoor pool and ONE indoor pool was available and appeared very clean with lots of nice layback chairs. CONS xxxxx1) Two pools located under our unit was literally condemned. Green. Very bad eyesores. Since it was condemned you must walk to the end of condo property to access the beach. 2). The balcony is not a private balcony. It is a shared walkway for the other units. We didn’t mind though.
