Welcome to this stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom oceanfront condo at The Opus in Daytona Beach. Located on the 10th floor, this luxurious unit offers sweeping, uninterrupted views of the Atlantic from its direct oceanfront private balcony. The elevated perspective provides a serene escape, where you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the comfort of your own space.
Inside, you’ll find private Wi-Fi and a thoughtfully curated interior, with every piece of furniture and decor carefully selected to deliver a sense of modern elegance and ultimate comfort. The open-concept living room and kitchen area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, complete with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It’s the ideal setting for making unforgettable memories with friends and family.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom includes two queen beds, and the third bedroom is also furnished with 2 queen beds. Each of the three full bathrooms is stocked with high-quality towels and essentials. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and comes fully equipped with premium linens, cookware, and dining essentials to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Guests have access to one free, secure private parking space in the garage, with additional parking available outside the lobby on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes must be displayed in all vehicles parked on-site, and public parking within walking distance is available for overnight use.

Nice condo complex

Opus is a nice condo complex with good amenities. Our condo was nice and big. It’s was very clean. All 5 beds are very uncomfortable and should be replaced with something that reflects the price we paid for the condo. The master bed is a 4”-5” memory foam on what appears to be an old box springs. The master bathroom shower fixtures could be upgraded. If the condo complex is very busy parking can be a major issues. You are only allowed 2 vehicle which is fine if everyone followed the rules but we all know it doesn’t always happen. People will park in your assigned parking in the garage. But we seen a few cars get towed. At times there is no parking available on the property because people don’t follow the rules. Over it’s an ok condo but I have stayed in better at this property.

Fantastic property for our “girls” trip.

If you need a great condo, this is it!This was a family trip with my mom and aunt (they are in their 70’s & 80’s) for my mom’s birthday. The elevator and ramp to the beach were important and worked out perfectly for them. The unit is roomy and comfortable. Furnishings and beds were comfortable. The view is gorgeous. Minor suggestions:I don’t want to subtract a star but more comfortable patio furniture would have been nice. We had to buy (and left) a can opener. The electric one there didn’t work. Also, black out curtains in the bedrooms would have been appreciated by me—i like to sleep in a dark room. All in all, communication with the management company was quick and easy. We would not hesitate to rent here again. My mom LOVED her birthday trip! There is a dollar general right across the street and winn dixie a couple blocks away. The parking garage is enclosed and codes are required to enter the building. We felt very comfortable safe.
