The owner was easily reachable and answered all questions promptly. It is an oceanfront unit with a gorgeous view! If you are traveling for a week at the beach, the unit lacks the necessities. Be prepared to buy or rent beach chairs, umbrellas, boards, coolers etc. There is also no cart or caddy to transport any items to the beach which would be helpful since it is a 6th floor unit.The unit also lacks any filtered water system or ice machine. If you want filtered, drinkable water (or convenient ice) you are expected to buy bottled water and bagged ice for the duration of your stay. The hot tub also did not work for the entirety of our stay, which was an issue. I recognize this is not the fault of the unit owner, but a resident told us the hot tub hasn’t been working for over a week prior to our arrival and no one came during our week long stay to fix it. There are also a few conveniences the unit lacked:A Keurig TeapotAny board games or puzzles or entertainment for kidsBatteries (the remotes did not have working batteries)No access to storage locker to store your purchased beach suppliesOverall the unit could use an update, the bedding and towels were old and faded or stained. The couch and dinning area offered a good amount of seating and were comfortable. The beds were not as comfortable. If you are looking for a no frills unit with a gorgeous view, this is the spot!
