Parking: passes are included for "gated" garage on premises parking-one reserved parking spot and one unmarked first come, first served parking spot. Maximum vehicle height is 6'7". No trailer parking is permitted on premises.
Host fee of $249 represents $180 for departure cleaning and $69 for damage protection coverage.
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted personally by a member of the property management team. Guests will be given a tour of the building, amenities and the private condominium residence. Should any questions arise or you need assistance during your stay, you will be provided with contact information for the property management team. The building concierge is also available from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday for questions pertaining to the building amenities and common areas.
This is a private condominium residence. You are expected to treat the property and residence with proper care and respect! Should any problem arise during your stay, upon notification, we will take swift action to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction and enjoyment during your stay is our priority!
