We offer private balcony with a beautiful patio table and chair set. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay including shades and blackout curtains and just over an hour to the theme parks. ******BUILDING AMENITITES UNAVAILABLE (including the pool) this property has some after effects caused by the two 2022 back-to-back hurricanes and most recently, Hurricane Milton, that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storm. Pirate's Cove management has stated the pool should be up and operational late July/August hopefully. The condo unit has no damage to the interior is available for occupancy. Beach access is just a few step to the Dunlawton beach ramp. There is some exterior construction going on so park appropriately. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if you did not read entire listing before booking.***
