Two FREE parking spots are available!! Being on the top floor you can see the sun rise every morning and see a beautiful sunset while you have an evening drink out front and maybe make new friends!! There is so much to do in Beautiful Daytona Beach Shores and surrounding area like Ponce Inlet and Port Orange,,,,it is an amazing area!!!! This unique place has a style all its own! Fully furnished and stocked condo that sleeps a family of 5 and is easily enjoyable in this well laid out condo! Right across the street from the World-Famous Daytona Beach and a short walk from the Halifax River, this condo is a hidden gem! THERE IS A MINIMUM 5 DAY RENTAL ON THIS CONDO!
New owners with new upgrades, new decor, upgraded tv's - 85" TV in Living Room, Master Bedroom with 50" TV and 42" TV in Guest Room.
FYI - our condo was built prior to the American Disability Act. There are no ramps and you need to walk up a set of flights to get to the lobby!
This spacious remodeled condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a full kitchen. You'll enjoy the gazebo and tennis court/pickle ball and shuffle board court at this quiet complex where you can relax your days away. Enjoy sunrise views from the balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and sunsets off the west balcony overlooking the Halifax River.

This home is personally managed by the owner with a hands-on approach to guest hospitality and communication. Guests can expect direct communication prior to arrival, during check-in, and throughout their stay if needed.
An in-person check-in is provided to help ensure a smooth arrival experience. Guests should communicate their estimated arrival time in advance so access and parking instructions can be coordinated properly.
