”Host was a great communicator and very helpful. The house is a nice size with good amenities and comfortable beds and pillows. Fun decor! They also did a nice job with a dehumidifier and filter set up. We were in town for a race - it was a great location and easy to get back and forth from the track and to restaurants along the intracoastal area. The floor is not an issue. Would definitely stay again.”

”We had a pleasant stay at this dog-friendly waterfront home for New Year’s. The location is peaceful and the private dock was definitely a highlight — perfect for relaxing mornings and beautiful sunsets. Having a washer/dryer and a designated work station made the stay very convenient for our family. The property was VERY clean on arrival and the WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay. ”Communication with owner, Chris, was superb. The unit was full of Florida sunshine. Beds were very comfortable. Incredibly nice fluffy and large towels. Bathrooms had shampoo and bar soap.
