”Excellent in every way for what I wanted--an overnight stay before a very early flight. I left my car there and took their shuttle to the terminal. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.”

”All in all it was good for the price, the breakfast was good but slow to come out. The pool and spa were enjoyable except for the floors they were to smooth to were you felt you were going to slip just standing in place would definitely recommend swim shoes for kids. Mine slipped getting out and split her knee on the drain grate”

”This hotel is far away from I-70. It is right near the airport though. There is nothing around. Parking is paid via third party app. Hotel is older but clean. I slept well and the room was great, just didn’t appreciate the lack of free breakfast or parking.”

”Front desk girl not very imformative always on her phone Room smelled musty. Sink and bathtub facets leaked Luggage cats need maintenence. Beds need to be replaced so broke down.”

”I am hard to please and have high expectations and this Fairfield hit all the marks. It was clean, my room was well arranged, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with room to lay out my personal items, a nice coffee station, desk, and more. The room is more spacious than the pictures would lead you to believe. I don’t eat breakfast but everything looked good and others seemed to be enjoying. I will definitely stay here again when back in St Joseph. ”

Three aspects that caught my attention were Debrajai (front desk) taking the initiative to sanitize door cards during less busy periods, Room Service always helpful and nice, and Director Christina Smith, who made a point to meet us daily at the breakfast area, where we had friendly conversations that left a positive impression on my family and me, and it was only later that we discovered her role as the hotel's director.
