”This hotel is amazing! The staff was super friendly at check in and check out, and they even put the bike I brought for my trip in a safe spot for me overnight! The rooms were super clean and comfy, and the pool area was so nice. We loved being able to be right next to the gorgeous Riverfront park. ”

”Staying here is like stepping back in time to a more elegant and refined era. The house is filled with antiques and has been decorated with great taste. It has a wonderful sitting area downstairs, and the bedrooms are whimsical and delightful. The breakfasts far exceeded my expectations. Maybe best thing of all is the proprietor, Holland. She is warm, engaging and thoroughly charming. My wife and I hope to have reasons to visit Spokane, again, soon, so we can stay here, again. ”

I know it is out of their control, but the unhoused people in the neighborhood (The 7-11 across the street) is not safe. I counted 25 people doing various things, with a lot of taking or exchange of drugs. When I went down the stairs to the car on the La Quinta property there was human feces. The hotel was fine, but I would not stay there again because of the neighborhood. I was concerned that my care might have...

”Breakfast at Rosie's was a.azing as well as the girl at the counter. We stayed two night at hotel ruby to see a show across the street at the knitting factory. There were 3 different people at the lobby check in that time and they were all awesome! Rooms are super clean as is the entire building and bar. We had a great stay. We'll definitely be coming back”

”An older building which had been recently renovated and was in excellent condition. It was very clean, everything worked, not as expensive as other hotels in the area, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a problem with parking on the weekend, but we found free street parking (Sunday holiday no charge for the meter) right next to the entrance.
