”A couple of hours before check-in, we received a message that the building's cooling system was not working. Still, they provided us with a portable air conditioner for the family room and fans for the bedrooms, but it was very hot. We wouldn’t be able to sleep at night. The host was quick to respond to any questions and we appreciated the two secure underground parking stalls. The beds were very comfortable with high quality linens and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. The views are amazing! ”Mostly clean room; it did have a funky smell every time we'd enter the room and was forced to open the window, but you get used to it after 20 min or so. Mountain view was slightly obstructed by construction at the neighbouring property, which is unfortunate, but the sound wasn't really an issue since we were usually out of there during their working hours.”

”The location of this hotel is fantastic—right in the heart of the charming town of Canmore and literally just minutes from restaurants, shops, and the town center. The convenience was a huge plus, especially with kids. That said, being so close to town does come with some nighttime noise. Our room was next to a restaurant that closes around midnight, and we could hear people talking and singing at night.
