âWe booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us.
We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not.
The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper.
The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas...

âFirst the goodâŠ
The properly is right off the beach which was lovely and the staff was kind and very professional. The staff helped make our trip a four star rather than a three star experience.
Now the not so goodâŠ
The food was just ok. There was also no food for snacking available in between scheduled mealtimes.
And, the unacceptable..,
During our stay we had a fire alarm go off at 4 am two nights in a row which immediately woke us up out of our sleep. The alarms lasted a few minutes...

âWe had a wonderful stay at the Waves resort and would definitely recommend it. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great nightâs sleep. There was a good variety of food options, and everything we tried was enjoyable.
The spa was a highlight, truly a great experience and perfect for unwinding. We also appreciated the strong and reliable WiFi coverage throughout the property.

âThe check-in was amazing - thank you for your warm welcome, Beverly! The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great. We loved having the beach within a 3-4 minute walk from the property.
