✔️ We use Charge Automation to provide a secure guest portal, which can be shared with your group and adds an extra layer of verification to prevent fraudulent bookings. You'll receive this link after your booking is confirmed.

✔️ We hold a security deposit during your stay, which will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.

✔️ We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.

✔️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
✔️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 2. Allowed Pets: Dogs; 50lbs and below. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.

✔️ Designated smoking posts are located near the lockboxes.
✔️ A $100 fee applies if smoking is detected inside.
✔️ Check-in after 3:00 PM
✔️ Return keys and lock up before departure
✔️ Treat the RV with care and respect
✔️ Awnings: Each RV is equipped with an automatic electronic awning. These may be used only while guests are outside and attending. Awnings must be closed when leaving the RV, at night, or during windy conditions, as the park experiences strong winds. Any damage caused due to improper use will result in repair charges to the guest.
✔️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
✔️ Quiet hours from 11PM to 5AM (please respect other campers).
✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
✔️ Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
✔️ Wi-Fi name and password are posted in three visible locations inside each RV.
✔️ Garbage disposal: Guests may drop off trash at the central garbage area, or leave it at the driveway between 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM for collection by the site caretaker.
✔️ This RV is sanitized, pest-sprayed and secure for your comfort.
✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
✔️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
✔️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policy is violated.
