”First I booked Queen "Deluxe" room I got 2 full size beds.. I woke up at 4am to see the dinning table full of ants. Went to the front desk to let them know. There's a notes saying There's no one there to help until 7:30am. So came back around 8am the guy on staff said he'll get House keeping and he'll have a manager call me. I checked out at 10am house keeping never came and it's 3pm now and still no call from the manager. This place is horrible I'll never come here again felt dirty the whole...

”We had a wonderful stay at the Deer Harbor Inn lodge and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Orcas Island. The rooms were comfortable, clean and cozy! Perfect after a jam-packed day of hosting activities for our friends, from Deer Harbor marina to Eastsound, and ending with the best brisket ever at Matthews Smokehouse just across from the lodge. We enjoyed peaceful, quiet evenings and fresh air through open windows all night. Very convenient location when arriving by ferry and...

”Sand on top of both beds. I think they need to wash the green plaid blankets that are at the end of the beds as I think that’s where the sand is coming from. Other than the sand in our beds, the resort is charming.”

”The room was spectacular! Clean, comfy, quiet, and nicely decorated. There were also special touches such as robes and slippers, eye masks and ear plugs (which we didn't need) for sleeping, plenty of coffee and hot chocolate. The staff was informative and helpful with great ideas of things to do and restaurant ideas. It was a good location, not to far from town to walk (about a mile). I would definitely stay here again.”
