”The bedding was stained, the towels were very dirty and stained ! The breakfast was left over except the biscuits and eggs . After house keeping came they only left 1 towel and no face cloths and when I went to the front desk and asked for more because it was 4 ppl in the room they only gave me 1 more towel and just 2 face cloths. It could be a lot better for the price they are charging ”

”Was not what we expected. Requested a downstairs room and a king bed. Was told it was more costly, although there was only 1 other car there the entire time. The upstairs room we were given had only a double bed, was told it was a queen. ”

”The room was fantastic and the staff absolutely wonderful, I had a family emergency is the only reason I had to leave early. ”

”Heater hardly working ”

”No outlet on either side of bed. Toilet seemed to be sized for children. Ice machine was not working at all. I won't stay here again!”

”The room was very nasty. Not clean the fridge didn't work and the whole place looks and felt sketchy. After I checked out they charged my card an additional $18”

”The room was more than neglected. Bugs were crawling out of the bathtub. Dishwasher and refrigerator were filthy. Food around toilet and on floor. It was dreadful!”

”Ive stayed here quite a few times, and you’re definitely getting what you pay for! Most recently, we had to change rooms because the cleanliness was below bare minimum. Staff was kind as usual, and changed our room immediately. There were 5+ burn holes in the “smoke free” room on the duvet cover, which also was covered in stains. There was also a massive hole punched into the wall with a towel shoved into it. I would not recommend sleeping here, but it has definitely become my go-to hotel to get...
